I recently worked with Rich Carpentieri at Team Carpentieri to sell my home. I had worked with another realtor for a few months before starting to work with Rich and had no success.

Once I started working with Rich, we had a contract within a few days. Unfortunately, throughout the contract period we had several problems with the buyer getting financing and getting their loan written.

Thank goodness I had Rich working for my best interest. He was all over the situation and had a lot of knowledge to bring to the table, which made it easy for me to make educated decisions quickly. He always seemed to know who to call and what to say, and better yet, he was always extremely honest with me. He consistently under-promised and over-delivered.
