The historic city of St. Cloud has roots dating back as far as 1881. It is a family oriented town situated right outside of Orlando.  Its 2.5 miles of beautiful lakefront and extensive parks program are the driving forces behind the continuing increase in population over the years. 

In 2006 construction was finished on the downtown marina which has over 140 boat slips, a lakefront eatery, a banquet rental facility, a small water park, a playground, a public beach and ample room for people to picnic. 

It's within these city limits that you will find an abundance of all types of communities such as PUD's (planned unit developemnts), sub-divisions and single family residences not within a sub-division.  So no matter what people are looking for, they are sure to find it here in St. Cloud.
