Buenaventura Lakes more commonly known as BVL is Kissimmee's largest unincorporated sub-division.  As of the latest census  in 2000 there were 21.778 people, 6,901 households, and 5,645 families residing in the community.  BVL is located in the north east corner of Kissimmee which is ideal since it is just minutes to the airport, theme parks, Rte 192, Rte 4, Florida Turnpike, 417 and 528.  Houses range in price from the 170's to the 400's and are usually somewhere between 10 and 25 years old.  It is the ideal place to raise a family in central Florida because of location, price, schools and park amenities.
